Design requests may also be sent via email. Emails will be reviewed in the order they are recieved and followed up within the business week.
An initial meeting by phone or in person is held to discuss the client's goals. A scope of work is defined with attention to budget and timeframe. A method of communication is established for the duration of the work. A follow up meeting is planned to review the the concept development of the next stage.
